By accessing or using SkillOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
SkillOn is a platform that connects clients with verified professionals including drivers, engineers, and technicians. We facilitate the matching, communication, and payment process but are not the direct employer of any service provider.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
By booking a service, you agree to pay the quoted rate for the duration of service. Rates are displayed before booking confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of SkillOn. Providers must maintain valid certifications, maintain professional conduct, and adhere to our quality standards. Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.
SkillOn acts as a marketplace connecting clients and providers. While we verify providers and facilitate transactions, we are not liable for the quality of work performed. Disputes should be reported through our resolution process within 24 hours of service completion.
Users may not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, harass other users, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
